Refund policy

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of my work being that each item is one of a kind and cannot be replicated. This makes it incredibly difficult to accept returns and ensure that the item is in pristine condition to be able to resell it. Please respect this policy. 

If you truly have an issue with a garment or accessory that you purchased within a reasonable time as in the last 30 days you can contact me at farmandthemoon@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee a return because it depends on the item purchased. 

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
